IT Project Close-Out
The last major phase of a project's life cycle is the close-out. In accordance with
ITEC IT Policy 2530,
the Post Implementation Evaluation Report (PIER), documents the history of a project and contains
recommendations for other projects of similar size and scope. The PIER is submitted to the
Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) for the sponsoring agency's branch of state
government within six months of project completion. As PIERS are
received and accepted by the CITO, they will be shared with the other branches
of state government, JCIT and added to the website library below. When submitting the PIER, .zip format should not be used.
Post Implementation Evaluation Reports
The purpose of the PIER is the documentation of the history of a project
and recommendations for other projects of similar size and scope. As
PIERS are received and accepted by the CITO, they will be added to this website
library. To request an entire PIER for a specific project, please contact the EMPO at 785-296-3329.
Listed below are PIERS which are available for review from the EPMO. Each Project listed contains information
about the Project Objectives, start and end project dates and the total
actual project cost. The information is available to view online or
download only in PDF file format. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on
