Proposed IT Project Plans

In accordance with ITEC IT Policy 2400 and 2510, all projects with estimated costs of $250,000 or more require the agency to develop an Information Technology Project Plan (ITPP) which must be approved by the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) for the sponsoring agency's branch of state government. When submitting the IT Project Plan .zip format should not be used. The WBS should be submitted with the original file extenstion, such as .mpp or .xls.

All Agency employees, agents, associates, representatives, interns, contractors, temporary employees, assignees, or other designates, and vendors are responsible for understanding and complying with all ITEC Policies.
