IT Project Reporting

Approved projects of $250,000 or more will be reported to the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO) for the sponsoring agency's branch of state government.  The reporting period is based on a quarterly reporting cycle.  In accordance with   ITEC IT Policy 2500 , project status reports should clearly and concisely indicate how the project is progressing, according to the approved plan on file with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

Quarterly project status reports are to be submitted in their original electronic format (not in PDF) to: kito@da.ks.gov   You can complete the Estimated Cost at Completion (EAC) form using MS Project. Please use the Agency Checklist for Quarterly Project Status Report as a guide for the fields to include in MS Project to produce your EAC.
