Veterans Training Opportunities If you are a veteran or currently in the Guard or Reserve, the On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Apprenticeship Program offers you an alternative to use your VA (GI Bill) education and training benefits. The State of Kansas as an employer participates in the VA's On-the-Job-Training (OJT) and Apprenticeship Program by enabling veterans to be trained in several occupations.
