Nepotism
No State employee is allowed to advocate for, participate in or cause the employment, appointment, promotion, transfer or advancement to a State position of a member of such employee's household or family. 

Additionally, a State employee may not supervise a member of his or her household or family unless an exception is granted by the appointing authority of the agency.
