As a Systems Programmer, you will - Develop, modify and support Oracle databases.
- Provide help desk support to end users.
- Assist with installation and support of Oracle and related products.
- Assist agencies with acquisition and installation of Oracle and related software.
- Troubleshoot computer/network problems.
Key Requirements:
- Must be proficient in database modification and development with Oracle or some other enterprise database software.

How You Will Be Evaluated:
Once you complete and submit your application package, your application will be reviewed to ensure you meet the minimum requirements of the class specifications. Next, your application will be evaluated and rated based on your ability to demonstrate the following minimum competency factors:
- Experience developing or modifying Oracle databases.
- Your ability to work well with a wide range of customers and your peers.
- Ability to communicate verbally in an understandable and tactful manner.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, tools, and troubleshooting methods.
- Knowledge of installation and configuration of Enterprise database and/or Unix client/server operating systems and office products.
- Knowledge of basic network and server security practices and tools.
