Job Description:

 The Kansas Department for Children and Families Services (DCF),Kansas City Region, currently has a Human Services Assistant position in the Child Protection Services unit located in our Overland Park Service Center.  The salary for this position  is $25,688/annually.

JOB SUMMARY: This position provides support to the Assessment and Prevention Units in Overland Park Service Center.  This position provides technical support for assignment of cases, monitoring of Protection Reporting Center intake email box for the county and region, tracking and creating case files, background searches, and also will assist as needed.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent.

PREFERRED CRITERIA :  strong profiency with database and spreasheets; experience with busy telephones and social services environment
