Curves Fitness Curves memberships are $29 a month based on check draft or pre-pay annual. We have a one time service fee of $149, however State employees service fee will only be $44. Must show state employee I.D. card at sign-up. Curves is a women's fitness facility specializing in the hour and half workout in only 30 minutes. This is a total body workout including warm up, cardio, strength-training, cool down and stretching. We also offer personal assistance and motivation to keep you inspired along your way.
