Curves Fitness Curves memberships are $34 plus tax a month based on check draft or pre-pay annual. Start-up fee is $149 but for corporate discount the start-up fee would be a flat $44 plus tax. Curves is a 30 minute complete body workout. Aerobic and strength training. Curves offers a unique quickfit system that includes: a complete work out with a warm-up, aerobic and strength training for all the major muscle groups followed by cool-down and stretching.
