Now, through the Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP), the State of Kansas employees pay a pre-negotiated price for new and pre-owned vehicles: Dealer invoice less any applicable incentives, plus a destination handling charge and, if applicable, an advertising assessment fee.

Must provide employment verification at time of purchase. Must contact Kevin Roche.
