INQUIRIES- BENEFITS SUMMARY

The Benefits Summary - Benefit Enrollment Summary tab displays deduction information on all benefit plans in which an employee is enrolled. For each benefit plan, the Plan Type, Election, Benefit Plan, Participation/Coverage, Coverage Begin Dt will display.
