| MANAGE APPLICANT DATA The second step in the recruitment process is to register applicant personal data in SHARP for individuals who have expressed an interest in your job opening. Most of the time an applicant's personal data will be submitted through the on-line Personal Information Registration form. However, occasionally you may need to enter this information manually. You may also occasionally want to make a simple update or correction without asking the applicant to complete another form. The state employment application process refers to the entry of applicant data into SHARP. The process is recommended for unclassified or temporary job applicants, but it is not required. |
