| TIME AND LEAVE DATA ENTRY Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to be aware that the Leave Accruals Report provides agencies with leave accrual information by plan type for each employee in the department. Navigation: N/A Timing: The Leave Accruals Report – BEN007 is generated through a nightly batch job. It is generated after the leave accruals have been updated for the period and is generally available on the Monday following the pay period end date. The report is distributed to agencies via the agency’s directory (Core FTP). Core FTP is covered in the Introductory CBT. Important Notes: The Leave Accruals Report contains the same information that is available on-line using the Leave Accruals page. Leave accruals are generally updated on-line after business hours on the first Friday following the pay period end date. An on-line leave accrual report (Leave Accrual – KBEN007) is also available. The on-line Leave Accrual report is covered in another section.
