HOLIDAY TIME REPORTING Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to learn how to enter and “OK to Process?” time for an employee who worked a default schedule and worked 10 hours on the holiday. Navigation: Time and Leave > Maintain Employee Timesheet Timing: Time and leave is entered each pay period for employees who have worked or taken leave. Important Notes: It is important that you enter time and leave accurately so an employee’s paycheck is correct. Click the link below to view the movie. It will allow you to view a demonstration of entering time for an employee who worked a default schedule and worked 10 hours on the holiday. The employee was scheduled for only 8 hours on the holiday, but at the last minute was asked to stay for two more hours. The holiday credit remains at 8 hours. Since the total hours worked during the week are 42 hours, the employee wants to be paid overtime (not compensatory time).
