The Vendors table is used for storing vendor information used to outsource
services for conducting training sessions. You will enter a new vendor when they
are hired or just prior to entering a course session conducted by the vendor.
Vendor codes may be used when setting up Course Sessions, Instructors and Vendor
Contacts. Since this table is used by all agencies check to see if a code is
already there for the vendor you wish to list.
Navigation: Enterprise Learning> Define Training Resources>Vendors
Vendor Profile tab. Enter Information about the Vendor on this page.

Vendors Address Tab. Enter information about where the vendor location is on this page.

Click each field to view the field definition. After viewing the field definitions, click on the NEXT button to continue.
