SETUP TABLES Training Facilities

This table is used for storing information
about a training facility including address, room capacity, cost, contact
person, equipment and directions. You will enter a new facility whenever
you decide to use the facility or just before you enter a course session
to be held at the facility. The training facility for a particular course
session is listed on the Location/Instructor page of the Course Session
Table. Since this table is shared by all agencies, check to see if your
training facility has already been entered.
Navigation: Enterprise Learning> Define Training Resources> Training Facilities
Training Facilities Address Tab: Input the location of the facility. |

Training Facilities Contacts and Equipment Tab: Indicate contacts, phone numbers,
and equipment. |

Training Facilities Training Rooms Tab: Input information like floor, room, and cost

Training Facilities Directions Tab: Manually type in the directions to the Training
Facility. |
Click each field to view the field definition. After viewing the field definitions, click on the NEXT button to continue.
