| Vacation Leave Overage Reminder
As a reminder, agencies transfer up to 40 hours of vacation overage
to sick leave at the end of the fiscal year (06/13/2009).
This is accomplished by entering the SLA earnings code and appropriate
overage hours into the May 31 – June 13, 2009 timesheets for
those employees covered by Kansas Administrative Regulation 1-9-4(a)(2)

These entries can be entered on the 05/31/09-06/13/09 timesheets
anytime now through 6PM Friday, June 19, 2009, at the latest.
Instructions on how to determine which employees are over the maximum,
calculate the overage amount, and transfer the overage to sick leave
