Working together, the Sunflower Project will improve efficiency, management decision-making, transparency and customer service for the State of Kansas through the purchase and implementation of a new financial management system that will integrate the State’s workforce, business processes and technology investment.

About the new site

• Quick Links can help you navigate to some of the most commonly accessed items on the website. Not all users will be able to use these features, but you can get to any location on the web by using the navigation bar at the top of each page. Contact your technical staff if you need assistance.

• Some non-essential features may not be available to you
  • You can easily navigate the website even if your computer blocks some of the more advanced features. If your computer gives you an active X warning, you can ignore the message and navigate as you've always done. Only the Quick Links and Google search will be unavailable to you.
• Why: Sunflower Project team members continue to enhance the website to improve usability and to prepare the website for the later phases of the project including the launch of web based training for SMART.
