Email Notifications: We have heard from a number of agencies that employees are receiving notifications at incorrect email addresses. We have also heard that those employees have updated their email information for both SMART and SHaRP (SMART – My System Profile; SHaRP – Update My Profile) and are still receiving notifications at an incorrect email address.

We have identified the issue and are working towards a permanent solution but it will take some time. In the meantime we will be manually running daily updates starting Monday, January 24, 2011. Your employees can report their correct email address to the SMART team by going into Employee Self Service ( , Update My Profile page and enter the email address for which they want to receive email notifications for the following processes:

• Travel & Expense: Payment Notifications
• P-Cards: Reconciliation Notifications
