Employee Enrollment Information
To open a Skylight Financial debit card account, see your agency personnel office to
complete on-line enrollment. The effective date of the direct deposit transaction is the
next pay day if the Skylight Financial on-line enrollment and the State of Kansas Direct
Deposit Authorization Form (DA-184) is entered in SHARP by 6:00 p.m. on Friday before pay
day with an effective date less than or equal to the payroll period ending of the payroll
being confirmed. Regent Institution employees should contact their agency personnel officer
for information on the effective date of the direct deposit transaction.
