bi-weekly dues for members of KAPE will be changing effective with the payroll period beginning July 13,
1997 and ending July 26, 1997, paid August 8, 1997 as follows:

The Division of Accounts and Reports, Payroll Services Team will make the necessary updates to the payroll
system to affect all SHARP employees enrolled for the above KAPE dues deductions.
Regents institutions are responsible for ensuring that these changes are reflected on all paychecks and
all remittance interface files for paychecks issued on or after August 8, 1997.
