The Kansas Board of Regents has also been notified that North American Security Life Insurance
Company, no. '830', merged with The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company and officially changed its
name to The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company of North America (Manulife North America).
Payroll Services will make the necessary modifications to the SHARP system to reflect these VTSA company
changes. Regents institutions are responsible for making the necessary modifications to their payroll systems
for these changes.
