Life Insurance Company (VTSA #843). Effective immediately the name is changed
to MetLife Investors USA Insurance Company. Premium remittances should be mailed

The Division of Accounts and Reports, Payroll Systems Team is responsible for making any necessary updates to the SHaRP payroll system.
