Payroll Services has been notified of a correction to the remittance address for LifeUSA (VTSA
#838). Effective immediately remittances must be mailed to the following new address: LifeUSA The vendor table in STARS has been updated to reflect this address correction. The Division of Accounts and Reports, Payroll Systems Team is responsible for making any necessary updates to the SHARP payroll system.
