Payroll Services has been notified of a correction to the name and remittance address for
Northern Life Insurance Company (VTSA #506). Effective immediately remittances must be mailed
to the following new name and address: Reliastar Northern Life Insurance Company The vendor table in STARS has been updated to reflect this name and address correction. The Division of Accounts and Reports, Payroll Systems Team is responsible for making any necessary updates to the SHARP payroll system.
