United Life Insurance Company (VTSA #057). Effective immediately remittances
must be mailed to the following new address:
American United Life Insurance Company Vendor number 350145825-01 in STARS has been updated to reflect this address change. The Division of Accounts and Reports, Payroll Systems Team is responsible for making any necessary updates to the SHARP payroll system.
