Payroll Services has been notified that the Equitable Life Assurance Society
of the Untied States (VTSA Company 186) has changed its name to the AXA Equitable
Life Insurance Company. To facilitate the name change, the Savings Investment
Table in SHARP was updated. In addition, the STARS Vendor Table was updated
with the new company name for vendor numbers 135570651 00 through 135570651
02.
The Division of Accounts and Reports, Payroll Systems Team has made the name update to the SHARP payroll system. Regents' institutions are responsible for updating this change in their individual systems. DB:JJM:rdb
