Data Standards

Classified Employee Review

Description: The performance review is the driving factor that determines if an employee receives a step increase. An employee must receive a rating of at least satisfactory to receive a step increase. If the review is not entered timely, it may be necessary to request a retroactive pay increase. Please refer to Administer Workforce CBT for more detailed information.

Last column refers to data interfaced with SHARP by the Regents institutions.

Employee ID and Employee Record # - Online agencies must enter in search box; Regents must send in interface file. Incorrect data entry updates the wrong employee.
