Description: Capture and track competencies/skills for an applicant. A specific job may require that an applicant have a certain proficiency.
The numerical value at the end of the Competency Code indicates the proficiency. Refer to the Data Standard entitled Add/Update Application Data for an Applicant upon completion of the manual entry of an applicants Competencies. This provides instructions on how to send the applicant a confirmation letter verifying the changes that were manually entered on these panels.
