Data Standards

Add/Update Education and Training (Field of Study) for an Applicant

Description: Record and track an applicant’s education and training. Although a Field of Study may be selected, this does not means that the applicant has finished a degree or certificate in this field. Applicants may identify major coursework (6 or more courses) completed in a field of study and may identify as many as are applicable. Refer to the Data Standard entitled Add/Update Application Data for an Applicant upon completion of the manual entry of an applicant’s Education and Training. This provides instructions on how to send the applicant a confirmation letter verifying the changes that were manually entered on this panel. Please refer to Recruit Workforce CBT for more detailed information about this panel.
