Description: When creating a new job requisition you must define selection criteria for the position in Job Requirements Table 1 and 2. There are 3 types of selection criteria:
1) Required selection criteria for a class (no points assigned): Established by the Director of the Division of Personnel Services.
2) Required selection criteria for a position (no points assigned): Contact the Division of Personnel Services for approval to specify criteria.
3) Preferred selection criteria for a position: You may indicate preferred selection criteria and assign points.
